There are many ways to get involved with One Hope. One of the best ways is volunteering at one of our programs. During the school year we are in need of volunteer teachers, assistants, reading partners, specials leaders, snack coordinators, holiday program planners, etc at our GetAhead program. The summer months offer opportunities to assist with Project 61 camps as a coach, volunteer, meal assistant, or as a van or bus driver. Are you “college-aged” and looking for a way to invest your summer in urban ministry and personal spiritual growth? Then perhaps the best way for you to get involved in One Hope ministries is through the One Hope Internship Program (see the Intern page for more information).
Another way to be involved in One Hope is by helping meet the needs of the program through providing supplies from our getAHEAD wish list. Whether you are a getAHEAD parent, friend of One Hope, or just a parent with extra school supplies we always have a need for items such as paper, pencils, pencil sharpeners, markers, books, and other school materials. Visit our wish list page for the most up-to-date information on what is needed at One Hope.
We also deeply value the prayer and financial support we receive from our friends. So if time is not something you are able to give, we would love to have you involved with One Hope as a prayer partner or financial partner. Please email us or sign-up to receive our newsletters to learn about how you can pray or financially support One Hope Ministry.
