Summer Internship

We are invested in developing future urban ministry practitioners, trauma therapists, early childhood educators, nonprofit workers, and other future urban leaders for the good of our neighborhood and the replication of this work in other communities. We invest in interns by providing hands-on experience, education, and mentorship through our summer internship and year-long fellowship. Interns and fellows increase our impact in our neighborhood and develop leaders who can multiply that impact in the future. Everyone who signs up for our fellowship or internship walks away with:

    • Spiritual mentorship and ministry experience
    • Skills in understanding and teaching the Bible
    • A foundational understanding of how nonprofits operate
    • A widening worldview on culture and racial reconciliation
    • Knowledge of how the church can effectively and wisely operate within a community for the community
    • Experience using trauma-responsive practices
    • Exposure to staff who are passionate about loving God and neighbor
