H.O.P.E. Leaders
SUMMER APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!
H.O.P.E. Leaders is a community leadership development program for students who live or go to school in Northeast Tulsa.
Summer H.O.P.E. Leaders will serve in kids and youth programming at the Rose Bowl, landscaping, or community service; have opportunities to give back to those who are homeless; make connections with peers, One Hope staff and community leaders; receive leadership development and job skill training; learn peacemaking peer mediation strategies; participate in discussions of faith, prayer, and personal values; go on field trips; be eligible for gift card prizes and a cash stipend; and more.
11th and 12th grade HOPE Leaders will also serve as mentors to junior HOPE Leaders (8th and 9th grade HOPE Leaders).
Transportation to and from home (within a 2-mile radius of the Rose Bowl) will be offered as needed.
What Are the Requirements?
- GPA of 2.5 or greater (limited exceptions granted)
- 85%+ school attendance rate (limited exceptions granted)
- Live or Attend School within 2 miles of the Rose Bowl
- Agree to follow the One Hope Code of Conduct
